Connection Modes

USB (2.4G Wireless)

  1. Plug the receiver into your computer.
  2. Switch power to ON and press the Tri-mode button to select 2.4G mode (green light flashes).
  3. Light turns off once connected. Move or click to use.

Bluetooth (BT1 / BT2)

  1. Switch power to ON and press the Tri-mode button to select BT1 (blue) or BT2 (red).
  2. Open Bluetooth settings on your device and connect to "Alien X".
  3. Hold the Tri-mode button for forced pairing if needed.

Wired Mode

  1. Connect a USB-C cable to your computer and the mouse.
  2. The mouse is ready to use instantly.

Multi-Device Switching

  • Connect up to 3 devices simultaneously (1x 2.4G, 2x Bluetooth).
  • Press the Tri-mode button to cycle between connected devices.
  • The status light flashes its corresponding color, then turns off once the switch is complete.

Battery & Power

  • Charging: Connect via USB-C. The RGB light breathes green while charging and turns solid green when full.
  • Low Power: When the battery is low, the RGB light will flash red.
  • Auto Sleep: The mouse enters a power-saving sleep mode during inactivity. Wake it by moving or clicking.
  • Manual Off: For long periods of non-use, use the power switch to turn the mouse off completely.

Shortcut Functions

  • Left + Middle (hold 3s): Force Bluetooth re-calibration.
  • Left + Right + Forward + Back (hold 5s): Factory reset. A white flash indicates success.
  • Left + Middle + Right (hold 3s): Switch return rate (polling rate).
    • Red Flash = 125 Hz
    • Green Flash = 250 Hz
    • Blue Flash = 500 Hz
    • Purple Flash = 1000 Hz

Troubleshooting

This is often a sign of low battery. Connect the mouse with a USB-C cable to charge it.

  • Ensure the power switch on the bottom is set to ON.
  • Press the Tri-mode button to ensure the correct mode (2.4G, BT1, BT2) is selected.
  • For 2.4G or Wired mode, try a different USB port on your computer.
  • For Bluetooth, ensure it's in pairing mode and selected on your device.

The mouse has entered sleep mode to save power. Simply move the mouse or click any button to wake it up instantly.

Safety, Compliance & Disposal

  • Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the product yourself. Unauthorized modifications void the warranty.
  • Keep the product away from liquids, extreme heat, or high humidity.
  • Do not point the infrared sensor beam at eyes or reflective surfaces.
  • This product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
  • Prolonged repetitive use may cause physical strain. If you experience pain, numbness, or weakness, take a break and consult a doctor.
  • Laser/LED: Complies with IEC/EN 60825-1:2014 Class 1 and Class 1M laser standards. The product contains a Class 1 LED and emits invisible infrared radiation, but is safe under reasonably foreseeable operating conditions. Avoid prolonged direct eye exposure.
  • Battery: Use only the correct battery type. Do not short-circuit, disassemble, or expose to fire/heat. Do not use damaged or leaking batteries. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. Keep batteries away from children.
