Setup Your Arctic Fox Tracker One
Before you begin, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Android or iOS device, and that the device has internet access via WiFi or cellular service.
Get Started with an Android Device
Place your Arctic Fox Tracker next to your Android device and press the button firmly once to activate it. If activation is successful, you will hear a beep.
Wait for a Bluetooth pairing notification to appear, then follow the on-screen instructions on your Android device to add the tracker to Google's Find My Device network.
When prompted to select a device type, choose "Arctic Fox Tracker One" from the options.
Pro Tip: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on with your Android device before attempting to pair. This ensures your phone can detect the Arctic Fox Tracker when activated.
Get Started with an iOS Device
IMPORTANT WARNING: When adding your Arctic Fox Tracker One to the Apple Find My app, do NOT select "AirTag". Instead, choose "Other Supported Item" from the menu. Selecting AirTag won't work at all and the pairing will fail completely.
Place your tracker next to your iOS device and press the button firmly once to activate it. If activation is successful, you will hear a beep.
Open the Apple Find My app on your iOS device, tap the Items tab, and select "Add Other Item" or "Other Supported Item."
Once the Apple Find My app detects your tracker, follow the on-screen instructions to add it to the Apple Find My network.

Locate with Google's Find My Device
After adding your Arctic Fox Tracker One to Google's Find My Device network, you can use the Find My Device app on your Android device to locate it.
Map Location
Open the Find My Device app and select your Arctic Fox Tracker One from the list of devices to see its last known location on the map.
Play Sound
If the tracker is within Bluetooth range, you can make it play a sound to help you locate it nearby.
Crowdsourced Finding
When out of your Bluetooth range, the tracker can be located by other Android devices participating in the Find My Device network.
Locate with Apple Find My
After adding your tracker to the Apple Find My network, you can use the Apple Find My app on your iOS device to locate it.
Map Location
Open the Find My app, tap the Items tab, and select your Arctic Fox Tracker One to see its last known location on the map.
Play Sound
If the tracker is nearby, you can make it play a sound to help you locate it.
Precision Finding
Compatible iPhones can use Precision Finding to be guided directly to your tracker with directional arrows.
For best results, keep your device's Bluetooth and location services enabled. This helps maintain a consistent connection with your Arctic Fox Tracker One and improves location accuracy.

Battery Details

The Arctic Fox Tracker One has been optimized for power efficiency. To maximize battery life, we recommend disabling your tracker when not in use for extended periods.
Factory Reset
If you want to pair your Arctic Fox Tracker One with a different device or change the network it's using, you'll need to perform a factory reset.
Reset Process
Locate the button on the bottom right corner of the tracker beneath the Arctic Fox logo.
Firmly double press the button. You will hear a beep.
Press and hold the button. After 5 seconds, the tracker will start beeping once every second.
Continue to hold the button and release as soon as you hear a double beep.
If successful, the tracker will beep four times.
After resetting, you can link the tracker to a different Google or Apple account. However, if you want to link it to a new Apple account, you must also remove it from a previous Apple account on your iOS device.
Disable and Re-enable Your Tracker
You may want to temporarily disable your Arctic Fox Tracker One during travel or while in locations where Bluetooth devices are restricted.
Disable the Tracker
Locate the button on the bottom right corner of the tracker beneath the Arctic Fox logo.
Firmly double press the button. You will hear a beep.
Press and hold the button for 5 seconds. Release once you hear the tracker beep again.
If successful, the tracker will beep twice.
Re-enable the Tracker
Locate the button on the bottom right corner of the tracker beneath the Arctic Fox logo.
Firmly press the button once. You will hear the tracker beep if successful.
Important Note: While disabled, your tracker will not transmit Bluetooth signals and cannot be located by either Google's Find My Device or Apple Find My networks. Remember to re-enable it when you want to use tracking features again.

Can I use Arctic Fox Tracker One with both iOS and Android at the same time?
No, the Arctic Fox Tracker can only be paired with one network at a time. You must perform a factory reset to switch between Apple Find My and Google's Find My Device networks.
